All Scanly-QR branding, platform systems, software, UI, design, codebase, and service architecture are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or clone the platform without written permission.
9. Service Availability
We strive for uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, technical failures, or third-party integrations.

We implement reasonable safeguards, but no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for backing up critical data.
