9. Failed Payments
Failed recurring billing may result in immediate pause of subscription benefits and restriction of QR functionality until the payment is resolved.
10. Subscription Changes
Plan upgrades apply according to billing logic, while downgrades may reduce features or scan limits at the next billing cycle.
11. Account Termination
User-initiated termination or platform termination due to violations does not entitle the user to refunds for unused time.
